Our portfolio is constructed around five core strategies, each selected for its distinct risk-return profile and contribution to overall portfolio resilience. We do not chase trends or allocate to asset classes we do not deeply understand. Every strategy reflects years of accumulated expertise and proprietary market insight.

Private Credit & Direct Lending

Senior secured and unitranche loans to lower middle-market companies ($5M–$25M EBITDA) across the Southeast, with a focus on essential-service businesses, healthcare services, and specialty manufacturing. We prioritize current yield, strong covenants, and personal guarantees.

Target Return:  10–13% Net Yield Deal Size:  $5M–$20M Allocation:  ~25%
Actively Deploying

Growth Equity — Lower Middle Market

Minority and majority equity positions in profitable, founder-led businesses with $3M–$15M of revenue seeking growth capital rather than leveraged buyouts. We partner with management teams in sectors where we have operating expertise, including business services, logistics, and value-added distribution.

Target Return:  18–25% Gross IRR Hold Period:  5–8 Years Allocation:  ~20%
Selectively Investing

Public Equities — Concentrated Value

A focused portfolio of 12–18 high-conviction positions in publicly traded companies trading below intrinsic value. We favor businesses with durable competitive advantages, shareholder-friendly management, and strong free cash flow generation. This is a long-only, low-turnover strategy.

Target Return:  10–14% Annualized Positions:  12–18 Holdings Allocation:  ~12%
Fully Invested

Agricultural Land & Timber

Direct ownership of productive farmland and managed timberland across the Southeast, primarily in the Carolina Piedmont and Coastal Plain regions. These holdings provide inflation-linked returns, biological growth yields, and long-term land value appreciation with minimal correlation to financial markets.

Target Return:  6–9% Total Return Acreage:  8,400+ Acres Allocation:  ~8%
